There was certainly a buzz around the School on in anticipation of a visit from former AFL star Chris Judd, who is promoting his autobiography Inside Chris Judd.
On 27 October 2015, The Hutchins School acknowledged the contribution of staff members who have given over 20 years of service to the School.
In Business Studies, students participate in this competition either as an individual or in a group. In both categories students from The Hutchins School were declared State winners.
The Junior Young Physicists Tournament (JYPT) is a competition in which teams of Year 10 students investigate and present solutions to complex physics problems.
We congratulate our Chief Operating Officer Ms Jenny Self who was recently awarded the Tasmanian Government and Academia Award at the Telstra Business Women’s Awards.
The Hutchins Art Committee would like to congratulate Eammon Jackson, the winner of the Hutchins Art Prize Tasmanian Coffee Roasters People’s Choice Award.
The inaugural Hutchins Arts Festival was launched on 7 September 2015.
The 2015 Tasmanian Training Awards were held on Friday 28 August at Wrest Point Conference Centre.
