Relay for Life
Relay for Life 2019 started early for the Hutchins Team. At 11.00am boys were volunteering to assist participants with their belongings to various campsites. The official start at 1.00pm saw us begin with 20 students. Boys came and participated at various times throughout the day and evening with over 100 students participating in various ways. The Hutchins Students won the most baton laps walked being 694 this year. This was a solid effort, especially as some of the boys arrived from the Head of the River competition to help out. A special thanks to the student leaders and particularly Rhys Evans (Year 12) for motivating the boys, and Daniel Yuen (Year 12) for the most personal baton laps at 75. Well done to all boys and their families for volunteering their time for this great cause.
