Junior School enjoys Hawk's flying visit
Students in the Hutchins Junior School were recently treated to a visit from members of the Hawthorn Football Club.
The players were asked questions by students during a “Q and A” session in the Terence Butler Auditorium. Students then had the chance to participate in a series of AFL skill activities and games, with players providing feedback and encouragement to our budding ‘Buddys’.
Activities included ‘Handball Hero’, ‘Kick to Kick', ‘Man Weave Relay’ and ‘Goal Kicking’. Students came away inspired and learnt a great deal in a short time from their new AFL friends.
The Hutchins School would like to thank the players and Club Representatives for their time and effort.
