Early Learning Centre redevelopment on track
We are delighted to confirm that The Hutchins School Early Learning Centre (ELC) redevelopment is on track for completion by the end of 2014.
The Hutchins School Headmaster Warwick Dean says the redevelopment is an exciting next step in the continuing growth of the school.
“We are thrilled that this project will enable us to increase the capacity of our ELC to meet consistent demand for us to provide enrolment of additional students.”
The current Early Learning Centre will be extended to include an extra two classrooms and a purpose-built Outside Hours School Care facility.
The modern, open plan design will create further light, spacious and functional areas for learning and play as well as more age-appropriate play spaces on the former pool site.
The Property & Development Committee of the School Board are working with the School’s ELC Project Development Team to ensure enrolments can continue to grow through this initiative.
