Applications for The 1846 Scholarship are now open

Applications for The 1846 Scholarship are now open.

The 1846 Scholarship is funded by generous community support of The Hutchins School 24 Hour Giving Day.

The 1846 Scholarship is a needs based scholarship for a new student entering Year 7 in 2020 who would otherwise not be able to enrol. It provides up to 90% discount on tuition fees.

Application is by written submission from the student. Students should detail how a scholarship may benefit their academic and co-curricular pursuits, and outline any involvement in their school, and wider community, and why they should be considered for a scholarship. Along with the written application, copies of recent school reports and NAPLAN results will be required. Parents will also be required to complete a Financial Status Questionnaire as part of the Scholarship application process which can be obtained from our Enrolments Assistant.

For further information please contact our Enrolments Assistant on (03) 6221 4236 or enrolment@hutchins.tas.edu.au.

Applications for The 1846 Scholarship are now open and close on Friday 30 August 2019.
